The rules that are seen as fundamental for ensuring the security of the transactions made by people through the e-Government Gateway and the information used in these transactions are given below. E-Government Gateway has fulfilled the necessary measures for providing the system and visual infrastructure to the people in a reliable manner.
Security of Personal Data
The information shared by the users with the e-Government Gateway for the purpose of accessing the services provided in the e-Government Gateway and updating the personal information is only used by system administrators who are entrusted by the e-Government Gateway and have access and viewing rights to the system only for ensuring the security and consistency of the e-Government Gateway system.
Information that people shares with the e-Government Gateway will not be shared or given to any third party, institution or organization for any reason whatsoever unless they are approved by the person or the person is under a judicial decision and / or a legal obligation. E-Mail and SMS Notifications

In addition, push notifications are sent via our mobile applications. The e-Government Gateway does not send e-mails or SMS with commercial contents. - Informational Messages from Institutions (Official institutions might send informational messages via e-Government Gateway when there is a situation update about you)
- Mobile Application Documents (Barcoded documents created through our mobile applications might be delivered to you via e-mail)
